Reporting to the Director of Administration, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading the maintenance team, developing and implementing maintenance strategies, including equipment inventory, inspection and spare parts control plan to achieve full capacity and develop efficient operating standards for equipment and machines. This position will oversee the maintenance of the hospital’s vehicles, infrastructure and facilities. This position will need to set up a maintenance plan and related schedule to support hospital and housing infrastructure, including the efficient provision of water and electrical supply, road maintenance and drainage issues.
