GROUP CCOUNTS CONTROLLER
REPORTS TO: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a good first degree, BSC/HND
Must be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of twelve (12) years cognate experience from a reputable Oil and Gas Engineering, Fabrication, Construction, Professional Practice pr Manufacturing Company; part of which must have been in a Senior Management position for at least six (6) years
Must possess a good knowledge of Project Cost Accounting, budgeting and budgetary control techniques. Multi-division/SBU Accounting and Consolidation
Demonstrable integrity and business acumen in all dealings on behalf of company
Must be energetic, hands-on, result oriented and possess good interpersonal skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Costing, funding, credit control, cost monitoring etc
Managing the Accounts functions
Preparations of Management Accountant separation of the Budget and Review of performance
Establishing Controls for the Assets and Accuracy of the Liabilities
Preparation of the Group Management, and Statutory Accounts
Interface with Government Agencies and consultants on all revenue/Tax matters
Liaise with Internal and External Auditors
Establish internal Controls covering Groups Operations

HUMAN RESORUCES/ADMIN MANAGER
REPORTS TO: GH: HR + ADMIN

QUALIFICATON & EXPERIENCE
Should possess a suitable degree in Humanities Relevant post graduate degree and or Membership of the Chartered Institute Personnel Management of Nigeria would be an added advantage
Minimum of eight to ten (8-10) years post graduate experience
Knowledge of labour lw
Good interpersonal and communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in planning, directing and coordinating all HR and Administrative functions in the organization
Assist Line Managers to understand and implement human resource policies and procedures
