JOB SPECIFICATION


Manage all packaging related activities in line with the organizations bsiness plans

Manage all major packaging change projects

Assess and audits all new and current packaging suppliers as and when required

Rase specifications in a timely manner

Lead packaging Margin improvements

Work closely with and mentor/train subordinates

Seek out innovative options for our current and new packaging projects

Assist in standardizing all our meet the regulatory/standards requirements

Introduce systems/paperwork for all our process

Assist in purchasing packaging equipement

Support our technical team to resolve packaging related issues

REPORTS TO: Senior Manager Packaging

QUALIFICATION

Minimum BSC (Minimum Second Class Lower) / HND (Minimum Lower Credit from a reputable university, either in Nigeria or abroad, in food, science or Engineering related fields. A diploma from the UK institute of packaging an M.SC (Sciences or Social sciences) or an MBA will be an added advantage.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Minimum 5 years work experience in an FMCG company or/and a research agency within a packaging environment is essential

JOB TITLE: SUPERVISOR, INTERNAL AUDIT

JOB SPECIFICATION

Prepare audit programs

Carry out monthly stock count and reconciliation

Assest inventory management

Carry out comprehensive Branch/Depot Audit

Assessing internal control systems through audit process

Carry out regular operational review of procedures in all Departments

Carry out special inivitaions

Carry out audit of various aspects of the company’s operations as per audit plan

Assist in periodic ERP process review and documentation

Carry outend of the year stock taking with external auditors

Follow up audit recommendation implementing

Write audit reports and recommendations

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Appreciable knowledge of Accounting policies and Procedures

Understanding of Internal Policies and Procedures

Knowledge of internal audit

Computer proficiency

Report writing

Analytical, organization and pays attention to details
