WAITERS: Minimum of 2 years experience required
CHEFS: Minimum of 5 years experience required
COOKS: At least 3 years experience required
RESTAURANT MANAGERS: A good degree in Hospitality or related discipline
EXPERIENCED HOSTESSES: Minimum of HND is required
EXPERIENCED BAR STAFF: Minimum of 2 years experience required
