REQUIREMENT
Ability to manage and develop menus, cost control
Knowledge of different cuisines (Chinese, Italian, etc)
Minimum of 8 years experience required
PASTRY CHEF
REQUIREMENT
Ability to prepare all type of muffins, doughnuts, cakes, pies and bread
COOKS
REQUIREMENT
Knowledge of both continental and Africa Dishes
At least 3 years experience required
BARTENDERS: At least 3 years experience required
PORTERS: At least 1 year experience required
HOUSEKEEPERS: At least 1 year experience required
WAITRESSES: Must be good looking with good knowledge of sales
